Cascade Mountain Pattern has been in business since 1991.  We are a full service tool shop with the latest in CAD, CAM, and CNC technology.  The business has steadily grown from humble beginings to the inovative customer pleasing business it is today.

We are a family owned business that prides itself on quality and being responsive to customer needs.  It is this quality and responsiveness that has lead to our growth and position in the industry.  Our customers did not find us in the yellow pages.  It is through word of mouth and our adaptability to our customer needs that has lead to our growth.

Ted Chesney

President.       

Ted started the business in the early 90's.  He has a tool and die background with over thirty years of experience in the tooling, plastic, and foundary industries.  Ted got his start working on jets in the Marine Corps and is willing to try anything once.

Ben has 15 years of engineering experience in the plastic, tooling and design industries.  He also has a background in product and process development including U.S. Patent No. 7,985,062 B2.
